A car full of apples
At the weekend we drove down to a farm near Ross on Wye with the first carload full of apples to be juiced. We had to tip them all carefully into a large wooden crate. They will be stored at a cool temperature till we take the next lot down - there will be a another car full plus the trailer!
As well as picking apples we have still been harvesting lots from our polytunnel. Today we started to plant the peas and broad beans which will be in the polytunnel over the winter. We have also moved the four tyres to outside the polytunnel, and replanted all the spring bulbs in them. Hopefully we'll have a nice display of bulbs next year!
