Who are we?
Growing Experience is run by Vicky, Huw and Sally
Huw trained as a chartered surveyor and also as a primary school teacher. He now enjoys working outside. He especially enjoys looking after the apples and soft fruit.
Vicky has worked with people with learning disabilities in Australia, London, Hampshire and Derbyshire. Vicky likes supporting people with learning disabilities to learn about gardening and growing food in a beautiful rural setting. Vicky loves growing sweet peas, and has passed the RHS Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Horticulture.
Sally has passed the Diploma in Social and Therapeutic Horticulture (Coventry University) and the RHS Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Horticulture. Sally is a professional flower grower.
Vicky, Huw and Sally have all got up to date DBS checks. Huw, and Sally are qualified First Aiders.
