Sunshine, potatoes and apples
This week we have taken advantage of some sunny weather to do more outside, and less in the polytunnel.
We have dug up all the rest of the potatoes, and stored the good ones in the barn. Luckily the slugs hadn't found them!
We also did quite a lot of apple harvesting - mostly James Grieve and Charles Ross varieties. The best apples will be sold to the shops, and the ones with blemishes on will be stored for making into apple juice.
Our sweetcorn is still doing well, and once again we have managed to have sweetcorn on the cob for lunch.
