Compost!

Yesterday we built a new compost heap using 3 old pallets. We then put old kale stalks, old comfrey and some wood chip into it. Even before we had finished wheelbarrowing stuff up to the compost, a robin had found it and was checking it out!

The sun shone all day, and for the first time this year we got to take coats off. In the afternoon we washed out seed trays and planted some Sunflowers, Cosmos and Sweet Peas. We planted two varieties of Sunflowers (Gold ones and Red ones) and two varieties of Sweet Peas.
